TROUPE INFORMATION

Our troupes have been working hard since early in Term 1 to prepare for the competitions throughout the year.

The first competition was the Stage Attck and our troupes received the following placings :

U/10 Neo - HM

U/10 Jazz - HM

U/13 Jazz - HM

U/13 Neo - 3rd

13/U Neo - HM

Open Age Neo - 3rd

We then competed at Stage Attack with the following results :

A.T.O.D Dance Festival was our next competition and we received the following places:

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Australasian Scholarships

The ATOD Australiasian Scholarshps were held in Sydney from 28th - 31st July 2011. Kate Malone, George Presnell, Teri Batis and Stacey Floyd all participated in an unseen class on the Friday and then performed solos over the weekend. They did a wonderful job and are to be congratulated on their performances. We would like to extend a special congratulations to George Presnell who was awarded 2nd Place in the Intermediate Classical Scholarship and to Kate Malone who was awarded 2nd Place in the Senior Tap Scholarship. Well Done to you both!

State Scholarahips

Congratulations to all of the students who competed in the A.T.O.D. Ltd Scholarships for 2011. The students worked very hard throughout the first half of the year leading up to the competitions and we were very proud of all their performances. A special thank you to everyone for their support of all of our students at the competitions. The encouragement really helped the students to perform at such a high standard.

Congratulations to Kate, Stacey, Teri and George who have now qualified to compete in the Australasian Scholarships against the placegetters from NSW and Qld. The Australasians are being held in Sydney this year from Friday 29^th - Sunday 31^st July. They will all continue to work hard on their solos until then – Good Luck Everyone!
